We took these with us to Mirror Lake when we went for a picnic. The mosquitos and flies were horrible. I was wearing a wrist band and had a mosquito land on my hand, right next to the band! Was not impressed and would not buy them again or recommend them to anyone else.

PROS: These give off a friendly citrus scent and are lightweight for traveling long distances. We took a bag to Jamaica with us and they worked fine, we had a band on each wrist and ankle. Didn't get a single bite for 2 weeks while there (resort areas and touring culture)
CONS: They don't seem to last more than a few hours (maybe about 16 total)so make sure you have more than enough to last your usage duration, and might make your skin itch where the bands are touching. We didn't mind it too much because it was a lot better than carrying around stinky bug spray and our clothes didn't reek afterwards.
WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!

We bought these for our trip to Belize. They were okay to wear but I didn't notice a difference, I still got bit. My teens said they got bit mostly where the bands were on their ankles. I would not recommend this product.

I don't use bug spray or repellent. Bugs seem to avoid me. However, my wife attracts anything that flies and sucks your blood.
I bought her these per her request. She wore one on each leg and on one wrist. She says they help some but don't stop all the bugs. That's all the input I can give you.

I been using these mosquito repellant bracelets for almost a year now and they keep the mosquitos away from kids. Enough said:)
