This mosquito repellent works as described. I originally bought this on QVC and when they no longer carried it I wondered where I might get refills until I searched Amazon and lo and behold there it was. I'm glad because every summer I make sure to stock up and not be without it. When mosquitoes happen to sneak inside the house I turn this on and I notice that they are repelled by it. It works for me. I have a flameless candle that runs on batteries and I use this inside it. I suggest removing the cartridges if you plan on not using them for a while since the stuff will degrade inside the candle and then you have a bit of a mess to clean up, otherwise, no problem.
