 Quiet, Decent Smell, and It Keeps the Bugs AwayJul 21, 2011

I use this indoors and it really helps with the mosquitos. It's quiet and the smell isn't too strong, even when it's right by my bed. You have the option to turn on just the repellent, the light, or both. My daughter is four so I don't have to worry about any dangers if she accidentally knocks this down.

these things really work. bought 2 more. keep them under our outdoor dining table for trouble free (or mosquito biting free) entertaining. use the other two on a deck and seems to work well there as well. don't forget to turn off or you will be replacing the inserts and batteries frequently (really easy to walk away and forget it, but probably not twice as the inserts are not inexpensive!). good luck. p.s. the scent is not bad either and not as strong a citronella.

This product smells awful. Then, you remember you're smelling bug poison, and it's even more nauseating.
The fan that "diffuses" the smell is terribly noisy.
The candle looks tacky.
The bug poison cartridge doesn't repel bugs. I still got mosquito bites even though the room in which I used this product was smaller than the specification.
