Firming Up?Jul 12, 2011
By Lynne Rayson The Lower Body Sculpt is an okay workout if you like jumping all over the place and messing around with the constant distraction of the steps. My goals are to build muscle as well as gain the cardio benefits and prevent injury. So, for me, the workout would be more enjoyable/beneficial with less flapping about and I can do without the cheerleader drama of the class instructor. In the end, I suppose I prefer workouts with more intensity, better instruction, alternative movement suggestions, and genuine encouragement. Patricia Moreno and P90X are a much better fit for me!
