I was doubting this stuff at first cause it took so long for any sign of relief, it took about 4 days before it really started to work on me, and boy I was glad it did i was feeling sick..but everyone system is different and works faster or slower than others, so keep that in mind. Once it does work you will see results.

I bought the tea as part of a colon cleanse program. I discoverd 3 things. First the tea taste good even without sweetners. Second it made my sleep more restful at night. And third, it did a pretty good job of pushing bad stuff out of my body. Good deal.

I HAVE USED OTHER COLON CLEANSE PRODUCTS BUT THIS ONE IS GENTLE ON MY STOMACH AND IT MOVES THE STUFF OUT!! THE TASTE IS NOT AS GOOD AS WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID THOUGH. I MAKE MINE WITH ANOTHER GREEN TEA FLAVORED WITH STRAWBERRIES OR POMEGRANATES AND IT TASTES GREAT!
ITS NOT GREAT TO USE IF YOU DON'T HAVE SURE ACCESS TO THE BATHROOM, BECAUSE WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO... YOU HAVE TO GO!! (AT LEAST TWICE THE FOLLOWING DAY:)

Finally found something that helps my irregularity after trying EVERYTHING. Not only that but it does taste good (not a big tea lover) and helps me sleep at night, which is another problem I have! Does exactly what it says. I just wish the price was a little lower, but it's worth it so I'll keep buying it.

I thought the initial reviews were quite positive so I decided to give this tea a try.
It works perfect and the experience is quite gentle overall. The tast is very pleasant compared to normal tea in general. After my first cup, I was drowsy and slept very well. I thought it was only because I had just finished a 14-hour day... But then trying it early the next day, I found myself getting quite calm and drowsy in a somewhat stressful environment.
As for the cleansing... that's the best part. I'm actually seeing quite an improvement in my regularity. In short - it works, and it's gentle.
